SIC

SIC MEETINGs 2025-2026

The School Improvement Council (SIC) of Rawlinson Road Middle School is a group of volunteers that include parents, teachers, and community members that serve as an advisory body to the principal and the school. According to State law, every K-12 public school has to have an SIC which focuses on school improvement. The SIC members share their knowledge about student, family, and community needs in order to implement  strategies and provide resources to improve student achievement and overall school success.

Serving on the SIC is one way that parents can get involved. SIC parents are not expected to be experts in how to run a school or classroom, but interested in providing practical information to help the students and families of Rawlinson Road. Great schools have great partnerships between parents, community members and educators. Please join the RRMS SIC as we work together to give every child an opportunity to succeed.
